Dream Nashville
Printer’s Alley

To help launch Dream Hotel’s newest property, Dream Hotel Group’s internal design studio collaborated with design firm Meyer Davis, to execute the branding of the property from the ground up.

Drawing on historical references that paid homage to Printers Alley’s storied past, we developed a cohesive design system that blended Dream’s clean, modernist aesthetic with ornate details that called back to Printers Alley’s iconic past.

We developed a full branded system including room key “playing” cards and clean stationary, modern vintage-inspired directional signage for the property, custom in-room robes and slippers, guest maps, umbrellas, a floor mosaic for the hotel entry, style guides for all social and digital assets, style guides for photography, brand guides for the three on-property restaurants and bars, and even two custom typefaces!

We also art directed photoshoots for all spaces on the property in preparation for opening day, as well as helped plan and design the grand opening party to celebrate.

Unscripted Hotel

As an Art Director at Dream Hotel Group, I concepted their newest brand, Unscripted, and it’s flagship hotel in Durham, NC. Inspired by the 60’s and the motel that it was housed in, this hotel has a 3 unique food & beverage options in the heart of downtown.

Working on a tightknit team, we crafted a brand centered around the guest experience and developed it over 2 years to become a staple in the city. We developed the hotel’s brand guidelines, the uniforms, the interior design, all aspects of the guest touchpoints, and much more.

We Are Durham
An Unscripted Hotel 360° Campaign

A campaign launched for Durham, North Carolina's 150th birthday focusing on movers, shakers, and other industry entrepreneurs who make a difference in the thriving city.

The campaign is omniplatform, most assets living on social media, youtube, and blogs, but also on property via in-room TVs, collaborative cocktails and tapas featuring local brands, lectures, and a merch partnership with local shops that culminated in the most booked room package for the launch month as well as a giftcard to be used at small businesses around the city.

I planned, shot, edited, and animated the entire campaign working directly with the CD.
